No problem - just click here, enter your username or email address and click on the “Request new password” button. You will receive an email containing your password.
You can change your password at any time by going to "My Account” and click on Pencil near your photo. Enter a new password in the text box provided and then confirm your new password again in the following text box. Enter a current password in 'Current password' field. Be sure to click on the button "Save" at the bottom of your screen to submit your changes to the system. You will receive an email confirmation when you changed your password.
My Courses
In order to access your courses, you must first log-in with your username and password. When logged in, click on My Account and select My Courses.
Like most common online video players, the course player allows you to start, stop, pause and navigate through the various slides contained within the course itself. You can also use the Outline tab on the side to select individual slides or sections of the course or use the Search tab function to access content by keyword.

No. WMDO online courses are available only as streamed media and require an Internet connection.
After having successfully passed your post course quiz, go to “My Account” and click on the tab “Certificates received”. You can download your certificate by clicking on the button “download”.
